Terms of Service

Effective date: July 13, 2026

These Terms govern access to einzip.shop and purchases made through the store. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail over any conflicting term.

1. About the store

The store is operated from Portugal under the trading name einzip. The website address is www.einzip.shop. Our business contact address is Avenida de Sao Teotonio, Edificio Lepanto, Bloco A, 9 E, 4930-594 Valenca, Portugal. You can contact us at info@einzip.shop or +351 932 415 807.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract or use the store with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You may use the website only for lawful personal or household purposes. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, commit fraud, impersonate another person or violate applicable law.

3. Products and availability

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings and photography may affect how colours appear. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. These qualifications do not reduce your right to receive goods that conform to the contract and description.

Products and variants remain subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products or correct genuine errors. If an ordered item is unavailable, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that item.

4. Orders and contract formation

Before submitting an order, you can review and correct the products, delivery details and payment information. By selecting the final payment button, you place an order with an obligation to pay.

Our order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. A sales contract is formed when we accept the order and confirm payment or dispatch. We may refuse or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, payment failure, an obvious pricing error or unavailability. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount without undue delay.

5. Prices, taxes and promotions

The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when the order is placed. Prices include taxes where required by the destination and applicable law. Free standard tracked shipping is currently offered to destinations available at checkout. Any other charge collected by us will be clearly displayed before payment.

Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or government fees that are not collected by us. Please review our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Discounts and promotions are subject to their stated conditions and availability. We may correct an obvious error, but we will not change the agreed price of an accepted order without your express agreement. Any advertised reference price or reduction is intended to comply with applicable pricing law.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by country, device or currency. You confirm that the payment information supplied is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected method. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal or other providers displayed at checkout. We do not receive your complete card number.

7. Shipping, delivery and risk

Processing times, estimated transit times, tracking, customs information and procedures for delay or failed delivery are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Risk of loss or damage remains with us until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receives the goods, unless you independently appointed a carrier that we did not offer.

8. Returns, withdrawal and cancellations

Our voluntary 30-day return program, statutory EU and EEA withdrawal information, cancellation procedure, refund timing and model withdrawal form are set out in our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy. Discounted and sale items are not excluded merely because they are discounted.

9. Legal conformity rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods. Depending on the applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination and refund. Consumers in Portugal retain the statutory conformity rights applicable to movable goods, including the applicable three-year legal conformity period.

10. Accounts and communications

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for providing accurate, current contact and delivery information. We may send transactional messages required to process your order, account, delivery, return or legal request. Marketing messages are sent according to your choices and may be unsubscribed from at any time.

11. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review, image, comment or other content, you confirm that it reflects your genuine experience, that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringing. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and reproduce that content for operating and promoting the store. We may moderate unlawful, fraudulent or irrelevant content, but will not alter the substance of a genuine review.

12. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, product photography, text, graphics, logos and other original content are owned by or licensed to einzip and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping. Other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires prior permission.

13. Third-party services and Shopify

This store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform and related processing services, but the sales contract for products is between you and the merchant operating einzip. Payment providers, carriers and other third parties may have their own terms for services they directly provide. Third-party terms do not reduce our obligations to you as seller.

14. Privacy and cookies

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and customer privacy settings. Where required, non-essential cookies and advertising technologies are used only according to your consent choices. You can revisit cookie preferences through the store privacy controls.

15. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. In particular, nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or failure to provide goods in conformity with the contract.

For matters that may lawfully be limited, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

16. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for a delay caused by an event outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect, keep you informed and comply with your mandatory rights if delivery cannot be completed within the agreed or legally required period.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections granted by the law of your country of habitual residence. It also does not restrict any right you may have to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable consumer jurisdiction rules.

Please contact info@einzip.shop first so we can try to resolve a complaint. You may also use any competent consumer complaint or alternative dispute resolution body available under applicable law. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer in operation.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively for legal, security or operational reasons. The version applicable to a purchase is the version presented when the order was placed. A later change will not retrospectively alter an accepted order or reduce accrued rights.

19. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be adjusted or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
